 - Dive into the Shipping Policy like a detective before hitting that purchase button.  Please note all Quilt Batting inventory is shipped by 3rd party suppliers and delivery times may vary
 - Once those goodies are in the hands of the carrier, the baton of risk and title gets passed to you
 - Should your package endure a rough journey, it's your superhero duty to duke it out with carriers for any damages or losses
 - Don't be shy, shout it from the rooftops to Quilt Batting if there's any hiccups with your delivery

 - In the case of a defective item upon arrival, you have a 10-day window from the order date to initiate return procedures...hurry, don't slack off

 - Approval from Quilt Batting is super necessary for returning damaged or opened items to ensure eligibility for credit or refund so get our approval asap
