Return & Refund Policy
At Cuddle Fabrics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a transparent and straightforward return and refund process in full compliance with Google Merchant Center policies and consumer protection standards.
1. Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return and subsequent refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
Unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
With all original tags still attached.
In its original packaging.
Accompanied by the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.
3. How to Start a Return

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees
Google Merchant Center requires full transparency regarding any fees incurred during a return. Costs are determined by the reason for the return:
Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items (Fault of the Store): If the return is due to our error (you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Cuddle Fabrics will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email at no cost ($0.00) to you.
Customer Remorse / Change of Mind (Fault of the Customer): If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, no longer need it, or ordered the wrong size/color, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We will generate a return shipping label for you via email and deduct the actual flat-rate carrier cost from your final refund.
Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00) for returned items.
5. Damages, Defects, and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us right away at support-cuddle-fabrics@foresiteads.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right by issuing a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
6. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature:
Custom-made products or personalized fabric orders (e.g., fabric cut to a customized length requested specifically by the customer).
Gift cards.
Sale items are fully eligible for return unless they were explicitly marked as "Final Sale" on the product page at the time of purchase.
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
8. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must still meet our standard eligibility criteria: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
9. Refunds Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your statement.
